We are becoming more of a captive audience, a bit like in-flight entertainment, as people turn inward, (partly due to limited expendable cash) but we have a choice -- turn off the TV, read a book, or take a walk by the sea, but maybe that’s even too exhausting due to our hectic work schedules and stressful lives. So, we tune into television, time and time again, hoping there might be one bit of information or entertainment worth consuming.antweaver
